In the past 40 years thousands of churches have been planted throughout Indonesia. Graduates from the leadership training schools serve as the key to Alpha Omega's success in church planting strategy. Presently there are 1000 church planters serving in 27 provinces throughout Indonesia.

Church Planters are provided support for the period of 24 months to establish a church in their designated area. Church planters are equipped with tools and resources for their ministry. Each Church Planter receives start up capital to establish their presence in the community. At the end of the 24 months a church is established.
